  • Duplicate Payment: If a user has been charged twice for the same service.
  • Service Not Delivered: If the paid service was not provided due to an error on our part.
  • Technical Errors: If a payment is made due to a technical glitch and no service was availed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Payments made for the following services are non-refundable:

  • Subscription-based plans or premium job listings after activation.
  • Recruitment consultancy fees after candidate profiles have been shared.
  • Any service that has already been utilized by the user.
  • Payments made due to incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to careers@yashconsultant.co.inwith the subject “Refund Request – [Your Transaction ID]”.
  2. Provide a valid reason for the refund request along with relevant proof (e.g., payment receipt, transaction details).
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 working days.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Transaction fees or third-party processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If a user initiates an unjustified chargeback without following our refund process, we reserve the right to suspend their account.
  • Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved through our official support team before escalating to a payment provider.
