Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

As the Program Manager , you will play a pivotal role in expandingthe program, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuringthe seamless operation of meal distribution in hospitals. This roleinvolves collaboration with government stakeholders, enhancingdonor experiences, and overseeing the hygiene and welfare of thedistribution staff.

Key Responsibilities: Program Expansion:

Identify opportunities for expanding the program to additionalhospitals. Develop and implement strategies to increase meal countsand reach more beneficiaries.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster and maintain relationships with government stakeholders andofficers in the social welfare department.

Collaborate closely with hospital authorities to facilitate programgrowth and address any concerns.

Donor Experience Enhancement:

Work on strategies to enhance the experience for donors visitinghospitals during meal distribution.

Provide regular updates to donors on the impact and progress of theprogram.

Manpower Management:

Ensure adequate staffing levels in hospitals to efficiently serve mealsto beneficiaries.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and well-being of the on-siteteams involved in meal distribution.

Hygiene and Timely Payments:

Monitor and enforce hygiene standards among food distributionstaff.

Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure timelyand accurate payment of the distribution staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Public Health,Business Administration, etc.).

Proven experience in program management with a focus onexpansion and stakeholder engagement.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of local healthcare systems, government processes, and social welfare programs.

Residency in Mumbai and willingness to commute to the office andvarious hospitals as needed.

Passion for social impact and commitment to eradicating hunger.
