Job Title: Program Executive

Location: Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

As the Program Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the program, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the seamless operation of meal distribution in hospitals. This role involves collaboration with government stakeholders, enhancing donorexperiences, and overseeing the hygiene and welfare of the distribution staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Expansion:

Identify opportunities for expanding the program to additional hospitals.

Develop and implement strategies to increase meal counts and reachmore beneficiaries.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster and maintain relationships with government stakeholders andofficers in the social welfare department. Collaborate closely with hospital authorities to facilitate program growth and address any concerns.

Donor Experience Enhancement:

Work on strategies to enhance the experience for donors visitinghospitals during meal distribution. Provide regular updates to donors on the impact and progress of the program.

Manpower Management:

Ensure adequate staffing levels in hospitals to efficiently serve meals tobeneficiaries.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and well-being of the on-site teamsinvolved in meal distribution.

Hygiene and Timely Payments:

Monitor and enforce hygiene standards among food distribution staff.

Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure timely andaccurate payment of the distribution staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Public Health, Business Administration, etc.). Proven experience in programmanagement with a focus on expansion and stakeholderengagement. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of local healthcare systems, government processes, andsocial welfare programs.

Additional Requirements:

Residency in Mumbai and willingness to commute to the office andvarious hospitals as needed.
