Job Title: Manager – Human Resources
Location: Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to overseethe entire HR lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations from Hire toRetire. The role involves talent acquisition, policy creation, payrollmanagement, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Thisposition is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals,fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring operational excellence.
Talent Acquisition:
1. Strategize and execute recruitment plans, including campushiring to build a strong talent pipeline.
2. Manage employee benefits programs and resolve related queriespromptly.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
1. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracyand compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Ensure efficient and effective onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
1. Manage HR operations, including confirmations,promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
2. Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure adherence tolabor laws.
Policy Creation and Enhancement:
1. Develop and implement new HR policies that align withorganizational values and compliance standards.
2. Regularly review and improve existing policies to enhanceefficiency and employee satisfaction.
People Management:
1. Foster a positive work culture and address employeeconcerns to maintain high morale.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees forresolving workplace challenges.
Support to Stakeholders:
1. Partner with leadership and department heads to provideHR insights for strategic decision-making.
2. Offer data-driven recommendations to improve organizationaleffectiveness.
Performance Management:
1. Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes,including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
2. Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programsfor employees.
Reward & Recognition:
1. Design innovative Reward & Recognition programs toacknowledge and motivate employees.
2. Evaluate program success and introduce fresh ideas to improveimpact.
Employee Engagement:
1. Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, andworkshops to strengthen team cohesion.
2. Promote inclusivity and open communication across theorganization.
Compliance and Audit:
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, andorganizational policies.
2. Regularly update policies and maintaindocumentation for audits and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably ina non-profit or
• social sector.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll management, andpolicy creation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and familiarity with labor laws andcompliance
• requirements.
